The Family Bridge
Balancing your future while translating their present is heavy.
You're the one who answers the phone calls in English. You explain the form, then the form behind the form. You're building a life and you're holding theirs together at the same time. You don't get to put down either one. Therapy that knows what bicultural means.
What therapy here looks like.
- First-gen, bicultural, intergenerational stress treated as central — not a footnote
- ACT and trauma-informed CBT to hold both worlds without losing yourself
- Spanish, Korean, Coptic, and English bilingual sessions available

Things people ask before booking.
How long does therapy take to work?
The length of therapy varies for each person. Some see improvements in a few sessions, while others may need longer. It's a personalized process, and progress depends on various factors like the nature of the issues and your commitment.
How do I know if a therapist is right for me?
A good fit is crucial in therapy. Look for a therapist with whom you feel comfortable and understood. It's okay to change therapists if the first one doesn't feel right.
Is everything I say in therapy confidential?
Yes, with few exceptions (such as risk of harm to self or others), what you discuss in therapy stays confidential between you and your therapist.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — some of our providers do accept insurance, and many clients use out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed for care. Our team verifies your exact benefits and copay for you before your first session, at no cost. See Insurance & Rates for which providers accept which plans.
